This Sunday marks the first annual Chestertown KICK Film Festival at the Garfield Center for the Arts at the Prince Theatre. The festival will offer a full day of films ranging from shorts to full-length documentaries. Each is designed to promote the film’s focus on inspiration and awe. The film kicks off the award-winning “Play Again” and closes with “Hoop Dreams.
