A Legislative Forum, featuring Mid-Shore Legislators, will be held at the Talbot Senior Center , 400 Brookletts Avenue, Wednesday, December 9 at 5:30 pm. Sponsored by the Mental Health Association in Talbot County, discussion will include topics such as the planned closing of Upper Shore Hospital Center and how mental health needs will be met on the Eastern Shore. Complimentary Soup and Salad will be served, but reservations are required by calling 822-0444.
