Local BNI Chapter Announces Change in Leadership Team

The Talbot County Wednesday Morning BNI chapter welcomes a new leadership team for the April 2011 through March 2012 term.

The incoming leadership team is:

Mary Ann Henker, President – President, The Henker Group
Kathi Swann, Vice President – Independent Marketing Executive, Melaleuca
George Small, Secretary/Treasurer – Senior Sales Representative for German, Hersloff & Swanson, Inc.

The outgoing leadership team is:

Gretchen Stuecker, President – Branch Manager, BB&T
Charlie Leaver, Vice President – CPA, CBIZ
Kathi Dulin, Secretary/Treasurer – Owner, Harrison’s Flowers

Business Network International (BNI) is a business and professional networking organization whose primary purpose is to exchange qualified business referrals. It is the largest networking organization of its kind. Currently, BNI has over 3,050 chapters internationally and over 78 chapters locally. Last year, members of BNI passed over 6.2 million referrals which resulted in over $2.6 billion dollars worth of business for each other. BNI is unique because it allows only one person per profession to join a chapter.
