The residents of Londonderry Retirement Community recently sponsored their first Spring Festival. The event included a tour of Londonderry’s Manor House, cottages and apartments and resident-designed patios and gardens. A traveling calliope, built by resident Ed Schmidt, entertained visitors, along with exhibits of resident art work. Local thespian, David Foster, brought the history of The Manor House alive through brief dramatic presentations and guests enjoyed refreshments, including homemade ice cream by the Scottish Highland Creamery.
