Lonnelle Green of Easton, Md. has recently joined the Easton office of Long & Foster Real Estate as a Maryland licensed residential and commercial REALTOR.
Green is a 5th-generation Talbot County resident and the owner of Easton’s Fade 2 Black barbershop, previously located in Federalsburg, Md. He attended Talbot County Public Schools, where he graduated as part of Easton High School’s Class of 2001. He is the father of two daughters, Kennedy, age 13, and Brooklyn, age 11.
“I’m a business owner and have recently purchased a home here in Easton,” said Green. “So I understand the value of strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven entrepreneurial background to deliver the best possible service in accordance to my clients’ goals.”
“I look forward to helping others with selling and purchasing the homes of their dreams,” Green continued. “And on the commercial property side, I understand the value and complexities of location, zoning requirements and more to help my clients grow their businesses and meet their goals, just like I have.”
Green is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Mid Shore Board of Realtors. He holds a Maryland Home Improvement Commission license and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Easton, Md., where he was recognized as the Club’s Rookie of the Year in 2020.
His volunteer service includes Easton’s Meals on Wheels and the Building African-American Minds (BAAM) programs. Green additionally serves on the Neighborhood Service Center’s Board of Directors, Chesapeake College’s Multicultural Advisory Committee, Talbot County Public Schools’ Strategic Planning Committee, and as an appointed member of Maryland Department of Commerce’s COVID-19 Personal Services Task Force.
