Luck of the Irish Adoption Promotion

The Queen Anne’s County Department of Animal Services will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a “Luck of the Irish” adoption promotion. Whether a rainbow appears or not, a lucky “pot of gold” will be waiting at the QAC Adoption Center for adopters who want to test their luck.

Everyone who adopts an animal on St. Paddy’s Day weekend, Friday, March 16th – Monday, March 19th, will get to select a golden ticket from the “pot of gold” that will save them green; tickets are printed with discounts ranging from $5-$20 off of any adoption completed. Adopters will also receive a free gift to go along with their new pet.

All animals are spayed-neutered, tested for heartworm (dogs) or Feline Leukemia (cats), worming, have received rabies vaccination, DHLPP vaccination (dogs), Bordetella (dogs), and include microchip and registration. Regular adoption fees are as follows: dogs $135, senior dogs $70, cats $75, senior cats $60. All adoptable animals can be seen at queenannesanimalservices.com.

So, forget kissing the Blarney Stone and come on down to the QAC Adoption Center for some wet kisses from your new best friend!
