On June 21 Deputy Seth Ambrose and Deputy 1st class Christopher Schwink were sent to 145 Snyder Lane for a reported vehicle theft. Prior to arrival the officers were advised that a repossession company had contacted the Dispatch Center to advise that they had in fact repossessed the vehicle. Mr. Kennedy then contacted the repossession company several times and stated that he was a Deputy Sheriff with the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office and threatened to charge the repossession company with several charges if the vehicle was not returned. Charges were requested and an Arrest Warrant was served on Mr. Kennedy on June 28.
