Cindy Jacobs today announced the expansion of Maryland Residential Management Company (MRM) to Queenstown on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Cindy has been a Licensed Realtor since 1988 and became a Real Estate Broker in 1995. MRM began in 1995 and has an office in Crofton, Maryland. The success and growth of this office enabled Cindy to realize her dream of expanding to the Eastern Shore. In announcing the expansion, Cindy stated, “I am proud of our success. The quality work we have done led to growth and we have earned an outstanding reputation in the industry. All of these factors have enabled me to open an office in Queenstown. Owners who are looking to rent their property need to be confident that quality tenants can be found, the property is effectively managed, rents are collected on time, and maintenance that is required is done in a timely and efficient manner. MRM has demonstrated over the past 16 years than no one performs these services better than we do. Let me also state that staff who have worked to make our Crofton office so successful will be assisting Eastern Shore owners as well. We are looking forward to serving the property management needs of the Eastern Shore.”
Linda Curtis has used MRM services for several property rentals. When learning of the expansion she said, “Residents of the Eastern Shore will now have access to the high quality services Maryland Residential provides. They find quality tenants, inspect and take care of my properties as they were their own. I recommend them without reservation.”
Cindy Jacobs founded MRM in 1995 in response to the growing need for high quality property management services in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area. Since its inception MRM has been committed to providing superior property management services. Services offered can be found on the web at www.mdresidentialmanagement.com
The Queen Anne’s Chamber of Commerce participated in a Ribbon Cutting Event to celebrate the Grand Opening of the new Queenstown Office. The event was held on May 11, 2011, and was attended by Chamber members, local officials and the MRM staff.
Linda Friday, President of the Queenstown Chamber said, “We welcome Maryland Residential Management Company to the Eastern Shore. We are aware of their excellent track record, and since Cindy and her husband Rick are Queenstown residents, this is really a homecoming.”
Ms. Jacobs encourages residents, business persons and all who might need the services MRM provides to stop by their new offices. They are located at 170 Sportsman Neck Road in Queenstown. The phone number is (410) 827-6333.
