Tina Mills, former Executive Director of the Mental Health Association in Talbot County, will teach the Mental Health First Aid USA Training course. As a public education program, Mental Health First Aid has the potential to reduce stigma, improve mental health literacy and empower individuals. Mental health is important to everyone. A comprehensive manual is included and CEU’s are included at no charge.

Tina Mills has been a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor in Maryland since 2008, and she is a strong advocate for mental health awareness. Take this course in a relaxed and confidential setting to learn the symptoms of a mental illness and how to respond.

The tuition is $115, for Evergreen Members, $95.
