Stevensville, MD- Miltec UV, 146 Log Canoe Circle (www.miltec.com) is pleased to announce Oliver Hamann as its new Director of Operations. Oliver joined Miltec on June 11, 2018 and brings over 20 years of extensive knowledge in Systems Engineering, Opto-Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Fiber Optics, Lasers, Microscopy, Computer Vision, Particle Characterization, and Spectroscopy. Oliver has his Master of Science in Physics from the Universitat Hamburg in Germany, his country of origin.

Miltec UV’s President Bob Blandford is pleased with the new addition and stated: “Oliver’s strong background in physics, optical engineering and leadership will help our organization advance to the next level in delivering high performance, high quality products to our customers and to the market place.”

Outside of work Oliver enjoys his family, home design, remodeling, and gardening.
