Congratulations to Minary’s Dream Alliance, Incorporated for being a 2021 Kent County Chamber of Commerce Community Excellence Award Winner! Minary’s Dream Alliance is the first of five award winners the Kent Chamber will recognize for outstanding contributions to the Kent County community. The presentation of a Community Excellence Award is the highest honor bestowed to organizations and individuals from the Kent County Chamber of Commerce. Business can and should be measured by more than just profit or revenues raised. To that end, the Kent Chamber rebranded its previous “Excellence in Business” award to “Community Excellence” in an effort to more inclusively recognize and celebrate the many ways our businesses, nonprofits, and individuals positively transform our community. The Kent Chamber is proud to present Minary’s Dream Alliance with a Community Excellence Award for their outstanding contributions to the Kent County community during the past year. From ensuring young children having the ability to enjoy an Easter egg hunt during COVID-19 to preparing meals for first responders, Minary’s Dream Alliance touched the lives of many. Most notably, MDA rallied an entire community to deliver 200 bags of groceries to homebound seniors during the height of the pandemic.
