Cherae Ensor has returned to where she started just five short years ago at the Queen Anne’s County Arts Council’s Centre for the Arts. A popular fitness instructor, she brings new moves with Vibe, an energetic dance class that fuses Latin, Hip Hop, and today’s hottest moves to contemporary music. Students will shake, shimmy, and step into a better fitness routine.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring an optimistic attitude, water and be ready for a good time. Ensor is a graduate of Washington College who has taught group fitness in a variety of locations including North Carolina, Texas and Japan.
Classes are held on Mondays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. and Wednesdays from 9:15 to 10:15 am. $7 per session. Walk-ins are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes.
