Dr. Kibler and the Queen Anne’s County Board of Education are pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Tiara Hoffman-Rhoades as the new principal of Centreville Elementary School. 

Mrs. Hoffman-Rhoades is a proud graduate of Queen Anne’s County Public Schools, where she attended CES, CMS, and QACHS. She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education at Bowie State University and a master’s in curriculum, assessment, and instruction from Walden University. She earned her administration certificate from Salisbury University. 

Mrs. Hoffman Rhoades has taught 1st and 2nd grade at Grasonville Elementary School before being promoted to Reading Specialist, Teacher Specialist, and Assistant Principal. The 2026-2027 school year will be her 22nd year in education. Mrs. Hoffman-Rhoades happily resides in Queen Anne’s County with her husband and 3 children and is excited to step into this new role and join the Centreville Elementary School community.
