Kent County Schools now has a new Chief Financial Officer. Dexter Lockamy replaces Fay Miller, who recently retired after decades with the school system. Lockamy has an MBA and is from the Baltimore area. He was the fourth person to be offered the job. Two of the first three did not want to drive to Rock Hall where the school district offices will be located as of November.
