Watermen who work the Chesapeake Bay will not be happy since it appears harvest restrictions are not likely to change. The latest assessment of the Bay’s crab population says the Bay needs more female crabs to reach the population targets. Apparently it will be at least another year before anyone seriously sits down and reconsiders that position.
