Palmer’s Plumbing, LLC is once again trading in its signature red uniforms for purple this September in support of the Queen Anne’s and Talbot Goes Purple campaigns. Now in its 9th consecutive year, our initiative, known as “Palmer’s Goes Purple” demonstrates the company’s long-standing commitment to raising awareness about substance abuse and the opioid crisis.

“Our team is proud to stand with community organizations, schools, and businesses united in fighting substance abuse,” said Jason Palmer, Master Plumber and President of Palmer’s Plumbing. “Wearing purple each September is a simple but powerful way to show that we care, and that we’re committed to keeping this conversation alive in our community.

This cause is also deeply personal for our family. Ten years ago, we tragically lost a loved one to a prescription drug overdose. Marking a decade since that loss, we’re reminded why we continue this effort year after year. If our support encourages even one person to pause, ask for help, or make a better choice, then every effort has been worth it.”

The Queen Anne’s and Talbot Goes Purple projects engage youth and community members in standing against substance abuse. Both programs work to break the stigma of addiction, shine a light on the dangers of opioids, and promote positive decision-making.
