Maryland State Police arrested a Queen Anne’s County man and charged him with sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl. Tracy D. Ferguson, 40, of 204 Red Lion Branch Road, Millington, is charged with sex abuse of a minor, third- and fourth-degree sex offense and second-degree assault. Court records also list his address as 607 Goldsborough St., Easton. He is currently being held at the Queen Anne’s County Detention Center on a $500,000 bond.

Court records also list four other charges against Ferguson: disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, second-degree assault, and failure to obey a lawful order. On December 10, 2007, Ferguson initially registered as a child sex offender after being convicted of a fourth-degree sex offense in Dorchester County.
