Two women, one of whom is identified as a former law enforcement officer, were charged April 17 with drug offenses following a search and seizure operation by the Queen Anne’s County Drug Task Force assisted by the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police. Erica Lynn Halsey, 29, of Grasonville, and Nathalie Eileene Caponi Graux, 28, of Stevensville, were each charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, and possession of paraphernalia, the task force said. Halsey is identified in a task force statement as a former sheriff’s deputy in Dorchester County.
