A Queen Anne’s County group is suing, trying to force the feds to turn over documents about the proposed training center in Ruthsburg known as FASTC. The Queen Anne’s Conservation Association claims the government has violated the Freedom of Information Act by not releasing documents about the project. The group specifically wants to know how the feds came up with Ruthsburg as the proposed location for the training center. There are lots of area residents unhappy with the proposal.
