The Queen Anne’s County Commissioners are seeking an individual from Election District 2, which includes Centreville and Queenstown, to fill a vacancy on the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee. The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee advises the County and makes recommendations on issues related to bicycle and pedestrian access. The committee also serves as a liaison between the public and the County and works independently and with County staff to identify, evaluate and pursue grants and other funding opportunities for the development and maintenance of bicycle and pedestrian facilities.
