The Talbot Bank, a member of the Shore Bancshares community of companies, is proud to recognize Sandie Kenton for 25 years of dedicated service to the bank.  Ms. Kenton began her career with The Talbot Bank in 1989 as a Teller at the Dover Street branch.  For the past 24 years, she has worked at the Tred Avon Square branch and currently serves as Senior Teller.  As a front line employee, Ms. Kenton welcomes each customer as they enter the branch with a friendly demeanor and is well known by many customers for her personalized service.   She also works with the Head Teller to ensure the teller line functions efficiently and effectively.

Ms. Kenton has grown professionally over the years, taking Spanish and computer classes, completing the ABA Principles of Banking course, and becoming a certified Teller.  “It is a pleasure to work with Sandie,” said Brenda Wooden, Branch Manager at the Tred Avon Square branch of The Talbot Bank.  “Her hard work and dedication are greatly appreciated and we are proud to celebrate her 25th anniversary with The Talbot Bank.”

Ms. Kenton resides in Easton with her husband, Robert Kenton, their two children, Bobby and Hannah, and their dog, Gizmo.  She demonstrates her commitment to the betterment of the community by volunteering at the Waterfowl Festival each year, participating in the March of Dimes, raising funds to fight against breast cancer, and visiting residents at the Dixon House.  In her spare time, Ms. Kenton takes pleasure in spending time with family, going to the beach, and enjoying life.
