Talbot Interfaith Shelter (TIS) in partnership with the River House Golf at the Easton Club will hold a fundraiser, ‘Shelter Days of Play for the Homeless’, on Monday, June 3 and Friday, June 7. Come out and play a round of golf at River House Golf course at the Easton Club while supporting TIS. A $40 greens fee (regular rack rate is $52 on Mondays $62 and on Fridays) will be offered to any golfer who donates at least $10 to TIS.

River House Golf at the Easton Club is 18-hole championship golf course with a par 71 and a 6,501 yard layout that offers unique challenges for golfers of all abilities. The golf course is located at 28449 Clubhouse Drive in Easton.

The Talbot Interfaith Shelter (TIS) is a voluntary service organization dedicated to providing safe, temporary shelter to men, women, and children who lack adequate housing, provide guests with assistance to help them become independent, and to raising awareness of the issues of homelessness in our community.

TIS is actively exploring initiatives to provide housing year round to a greater number of those in need; as the outreach grows the need for financial support increases. TIS depends on community-minded individuals, businesses and groups to make it possible to continue to provide assistance to the ever-increasing population affected by homelessness and hunger.
