Monday, January 18, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Basic infant CPR class. This is not a certification course.

New Mom, New Baby & Infant Safety
Saturday, January 23, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.  This class should be taken after the Labor & Delivery class. Mom will learn about post partum care, pain management, nutrition and more. Baby topics include feeding, circumcision, cord care, how to take temperatures and more.

Big Brother & Big Sister
Saturday, January 30, 9:30 am to 11:00 am.  Designed for children who need to learn the importance of being a big brother or sister, this class anticipates the arrival of the new baby. Children should bring their favorite doll or stuffed toy.

Diabetes Education Classes
Joslin Diabetes Center Affiliate, Memorial Hospital, 219 S. Washington Street, Easton. Topics include the causes and complications of diabetes; medication and nutritional management; blood glucose monitoring; and the emotional aspects of diabetes. Participants must have a referral from a healthcare provider and meet with a Joslin Center certified diabetes educator prior to the start of the session. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
