Simply Sushi

Popular area chef David Clark is bringing his skills in Sushi making to the Centre for the Arts in Centreville, Maryland for a two-hour, hands on class. Learn how to assemble and enjoy a wide array of sushi rolls and receive all the tools needed to create these Japanese style delicacies.

Clark is the General Manager of Bridges restaurant in Grasonville, and is known for his culinary talents, skills in menu development and an extensive knowledge of sushi making and dining.

This one-day class is Sunday, February 5 from 4 to 6 p.m. The registration deadline is January 27. The cost is $50 for members of the Arts Council and $55 for non-members. Part of a series of classes and events in support of the Queen Anne’s County Arts Council’s annual fundraising event “Small Works: Exhibition and Raffle,” proceeds benefit the Council’s operating funds, special programs and events.

Center for the Arts classes are designed to renew existing artistic interests and to develop new skills.
