Students with disabilities may ha ve difficulty transitioning from school life to adulthood. The Partners for Success Resource Center in Queen Anne’s County is partnering with Talbot, Caroline and Kent to provide families with important transitition information.

This event will be held on Sat March 20, 2010 at the First Wesleyan Church 620 Goldsborough Street, Easton, from 8:30a.m to 3:00p.m. Light lunch will be provided. Workshops will be provided by representatives from Social Security Administration, Division of Rehabilitation Services, and Developmental Disabilitiies Administation.
