Mid-Atlantic TirePros Honors 40,000th Customer
Mid-Atlantic TirePros in Easton recently presented a gift certificate to Jennifer and Jamie Latham of Trappe, its 40,000th customer, to have a romantic five-course dinner at the Bartlett Pear Inn served by Chef Jordan Lloyd.
According to Terry John, owner of Mid-Atlantic TirePros, “I was looking at the repair orders one day and realized we had hit our 40,000th repair order in the nine years we have been in business. I couldn’t believe it and decided it would be nice to honor the 40,000th customer. We have helped approximately 8,700 individual customers and about 13,000 different vehicles since we opened the business.” He adds, “I am really proud of the customer loyalty we’ve built – with almost 90 percent of our customers returning time after time.”
For the Lathams, the meal is a chance to have an evening out. Jenn Latham comments, “We like to support local business. The employees at Mid-Atlantic Tire have always been so nice and welcoming. This was such a surprise and we are really looking forward to it.”
