Hemingway’s Executive Chef, Michael Rork, will be giving a cooking class on Thursday, December 3rd. The cooking class will include a demonstration and instruction class room style in the main dining room overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. Each course will be paired with a wine (or beer). Guests will receive a take home cookbook with the recipes from the evening. Chef Rork came to Hemingway’s from the Town Dock Restaurant in St. Michael’s, Maryland a few months ago and has since made great improvements to the menu. Chef Rork has prepared meals for some high ranking politicians; entertainers; famous athletes and actors and many other celebrities. The topic will be holiday cooking but the actual dishes will remain a surprise until that evening. For an intimate experience with the Chef, seating is limited so advanced reservations are required. The ticket price is $75.00 per person and includes tax and gratuity.
