It’s the time of year that many of us are planning our menus for the “big game”. The Super Bowl is coming up and whether we watch the game at home or are going to a friend’s food is always involved. After all of the holiday cooking I did I am looking for easier recipes to prepare. This week’s recipe is for shrimp dip/spread and we like to have dips and more dips at football parties.
Shrimp Dip/Spread
1 can tiny shrimp, drained
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
dash of worcestershire sauce
Mix all the ingredients together and chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Serve with crackers, chips or even celery.
