Anne Arundel Medical Center (AAMC) is providing the Mayo Clinic Diet program, a weight loss and lifestyle program designed by Mayo Clinic health experts.
The12-week Mayo Clinic workshop at is led by an AAAMC registered dietitian and cardiac rehab specialist. Participants will learn about many calories to eat to either lose or maintain weight and where those calories should come from. No food group is completely off-limits—participants will develop a pattern of healthy eating for life.
