The Talbot Bank, member of Shore Bancshares’ family of companies was recently acknowledged for their efforts in support of the American Cancer Society at the Colors of Cancer Event on March 23. Colors of Cancer is an annual event honoring hometown heroes in their local community. This year, The Talbot Bankers Relay for Life Team received special recognition as the Community Partnership honoree. The Talbot Bank team has been involved in Relay for Life for many years and has contributed over $100,000 to support the American Cancer Society. Dawn Henckel, St. Michaels Branch Assistant Manager, explains, “Our hope is that one day our dollar will be the one to help find a cure!”
