Kristin Shaw was recently recognized for 20 years of dedicated service to The Talbot Bank, member of Shore Bancshares’ family of companies. The Talbot Bank is proud to celebrate this milestone and appreciates Ms. Shaw’s commitment and service to the organization. Ms. Shaw started her career with Talbot Bank in 1993 and currently works as a Teller at the Dover Street branch in Easton.

Ms. Shaw welcomes all customers as they enter the branch with a friendly demeanor and provides personalized service to each customer. She takes great pleasure in her job with the Talbot Bank. Ms. Shaw has grown professionally over the years, taking banking classes and becoming a certified Teller. “Kristin is a valuable member to our team and we are grateful for her loyalty and contributions to our business,” explains Wanda Hutchison, Dover Street Branch Administrator. “She is a reflection of Talbot Bank’s business culture through the exceptional care that she provides to our customers.”

Outside of work, Ms. Shaw’s main focus is her family. She lives in Easton with her son, Nicholas. He is active in sports including baseball and soccer, and Ms. Shaw enjoys cheering him on and watching his games. She also takes pleasure in reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
