Talbot Partnership for Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Prevention has announced the appointment of five new board members. Pictured from left to right are new board members Petie Bailey of Easton, H.P. Talbot Partnership, which was founded in 1991 as a community coalition, encourages the community to recognize the problems and implement solutions related to alcohol, tobacco and other drug abuse by implementing policies, promoting early intervention programs and building a community culture that favors drug-free youth. More than 80 individuals, agencies and organizations from all segments of the community are members of the coalition.
