Skin care specialist Georgiann Gibson brings a three-part series on pampering and personalized make-up tips to the Queen Anne’s County Arts Council’s Centre for the Arts in Centreville, Maryland. Each workshop is designed to give participants an hour or two just for themselves, or joined by friends. The cost for each session is $10/members and $15/non-members.
Pamper Party: Join Gibson on Saturday, September 8, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for some head to toe pampering. Enjoy facials for hands, lips and face. Pamper your body from head to toe. Great for moms and daughters, aunts, sisters and best friends. All ages welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Registration deadline is Friday, August 31.
Customized Make-up Application: Saturday, September 22, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Participants will select a natural professional or glamour look and learn to customize the basics to individual skin and color tones. Registration deadline is Friday, September 14.
Face Renovation 101: Saturday, September 29, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. With so many products promising to repair and reverse damage to the skin, learn about the latest in skin care technology including treating deep lines and wrinkles. Registration deadline is Friday, September 21.
A professional vocalist and voice instructor, Georgiann Gibson is also a long-time Mary Kay Sales Director. She is a long-time advocate of the benefits of good skin care and proper pampering. Product purchase is not required to enjoy these sessions.
