Class Acts, II is a professional theatre company housed at the Mezzanine in downtown Salisbury. This is their first traditional murder mystery play of the year. “Murder on Center Stage” is performed as a traditional mystery play. A Note about the plot: While a blizzard rages outside the theatre of a liberal arts college, an evening rehearsal for the upcoming production of “Romeo and Juliet” explodes. The cast is told they should stay in the theatre to learn the identity of the resident ghost. They discover they are locked in the theatre and must put their creative wits together to combat the stalker. The show features local veteran performers Cindy Gore, Kenneth Johnson, Brenna Johnson and Susan Rogers with new comers Nevil Semmes, Brittany Swift and Bailey Messick and is directed by Robert Forrester. The audience will get to cast their ballot during intermission as to their guess of who the murderer and motive is. Prizes will be awarded
