Easton’s Annual Carnival
Enjoy super rides, carnival food, games and prizes all week long, Tuesday, June 29 through Sunday, July 4.  Try your hand at the Big Six Wheel, which benefits the fireworks.  One price bracelet nights are Tuesday – Friday and $2.00 discount coupons are available at the Avalon Theatre.  The carnival is located off Marlboro Road behind the Target Store.

Carnival Hours of Operation:
Tuesday 6/29 – Friday 7/2, 6pm – 11pm
Saturday 7/3 – Sunday 7/4, 4pm – 11pm

Saturday at 4pm – Vintage base ball team, the Fair Plays will challenge a team TBD on the carnival grounds.  Play with the team or come watch the all-American game as it was played in 1864.  This event promises to be fun, educational and entertaining.

Sunday July 4 Celebration!
The traditional Independence Day Celebration is a major community event in Easton.  Local non-profit groups provide concession food booths as fundraisers.  Two awesome bands will perform and other great programming is planned.  Bring your chairs or blanket and enjoy Independence Day with family, friends and neighbors.

4:00pm – Carnival & local vendors open
6:00 – 7:15pm – The Shades Band rules the stage.  This dance band plays the hits of the ‘50s thru today.  They have played together since 1997 and all of their music is the real deal…nothing canned.
7:15 – 7:45pm – Patriotic Program with Boy Scout Troop 532 Presentation of the Colors, Jonathan West leading the National Anthem and Easton High School’s ROTC Flag Folding Ceremony.
8:00 – 9:15pm – The XPD’s are known for their versatility in music ranging from blues, jazz, pop, rock and R&B. when the band plays its Motown grooves and classic hits, the audience can’t resist dancing and singing along.  The range of music comes from the ‘50s to present.  There is something for everyone.  “They are the tightest and hippest group around.”
