Easton Library to Offer Needlecraft Program
On Monday, December 9, from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m., the Easton branch of the Talbot County Free Library will once again offer its popular “Stitching Time” program. Patrons are invited to knit, crochet, or stitch with a group. Limited instruction will be available for beginners. All library programs are free and open to the public. Teens to Make Christmas Ornaments at Library
On Tuesday, December 10, from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m., the Easton branch of the Talbot County Free Library will put on a program especially for teens. “Make and Take Christmas Ornaments” will give teens the chance to create a variety of handmade ornaments for tree or gift. St. Michaels Library to Screen “Oz the Great and Powerful”
On Tuesday, December 10, at noon, the St. Michaels branch of the Talbot County Free Library will offer a free showing on its big screen of the award-winning film “Oz the Great and Powerful.” The PG-rated film was released in earlier this year and stars James Franco and Rachel Weisz. St. Michaels Library Memoir Writing Program to Continue
On Thursdays, December 12 – February 6 (always excepting the first Thursday of each month), from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., the St. Michaels branch of the Talbot County Free Library will continue to offer its popular Memoir Writing program. Patrons are invited to bring their lunch and record and share their memories of life and family with a group of friendly, like-minded people.
