Roy and Sandi Droege have been operating CLiK – Computer Literacy for Kids, Inc – since 1997.

They accept donations of computers which they clean, refurbish, load with educational games and educational software. They then give these computers to young people in need, schools, libraries, family centers and after school programs. They serve the surrounding 6 counties and keep thorough records of where every computer is donated. If you need or want more info about them, please email sdroege7@verizon.net.

The Droeges are looking for machines with operating systems of XP or newer and no more than 7 years old. They accept only panel monitors. They are a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization and donors may claim a tax deduction. Think of them when you are upgrading and getting rid of your “used” computer!
