Eric Wargotz, Queen Anne’s County Commissioner and doctor, has filed to run as a Republican against Barbara Mikulski for her Senate seat that is up in November. Wargotz says his campaign will focus on fiscal responsibility, health care, national security and the Chesapeake Bay.
