A Culinary Evening featuring Amanda Hesser & Julie Powell
See two of America’s most prominent food writers, Amanda Hesser and Julie Powell, read from their recent books, answer questions and sign books. Powell blogged her experience cooking the 524 recipes in Julia Child’s Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Hesser reported on this yearlong performance of culinary art in her New York Times food column. A wine & cheese reception will follow the lecture.
