Shakespeare wrote, “Good wine is a good familiar creature if it be well used,” and what better use is a chilled glass of chardonnay than with a couple of friends and some paint? Yes, that’s right, paint!  The QAC Arts Council is having our first Wine & Canvas party on May 10th from 5 until 8 pm and June 20th from 6 until 9 pm ~ come release your inner Picasso!

Join us for an evening of painting and refreshments as you create your own work of art!   It’s a great opportunity to have some fun and is perfect for ALL skill levels.  A little nervous to paint?  Don’t be!  No talent or experience is necessary.  Talented instructors will guide you step-by-step!  You will be amazed at your very own work of ART!   We supply everything including the wine & refreshments.

This fun event is sure to sell out fast, don’t wait to reserve your spot!   $45 per person ($40 members) for either session.  Our May 10th attendees will leave with a crab painting to celebrate the beginning of summer – Eastern Shore style!

Receive discounts on events & classes by signing up for a yearly membership now – $25 individual/$35 family.  Visit www.queenancescountyarts.com for our full listing of classes and events.    You can register on our website or call the Arts Council at 410-758-2520.   Classes are held at the Queen Anne’s County Centre for the Arts, 206 S.
