Fran Bowman, M.Ed., of Columbia, Md. and known widely to families on the Eastern Shore, will return to Wye River Upper School to present on how to search for the right college for students with learning differences. “Fran always puts hours of research into her presentations. She is more aware of the needs of students with learning differences than anyone I know,” reports Chrissy Aull, Head of School. Learning differences can include ADHD, dyslexia, language processing disorders and autism. Fran will speak in the Higher Education Center on the campus of Chesapeake College on January 7, 2010 at 7 p.m. Fran is the Director of Bowman Educational Services with offices in Towson and Columbia.
