Quota International of Cambridge, Maryland, recently donated Quota Care Bears to the Dorchester General Hospital Emergency Department. These cuddly bears will be given to children brought to the Emergency Department. Quota of Cambridge is a service organization that helps deaf and hard of hearing community residents purchase hearing aids and needed equipment to improve hearing.
