Grand Opening of Mike and Eric’s Bay Hundred Restaurant

Mike and Eric’s Bay Hundred Restaurant will celebrate its Grand Opening by hosting a welcoming event on Saturday, May 11, 2013. The restaurant is under new ownership and the event will take place at the Tilghman, Maryland location, adjacent to the Knapps Narrow Marina and Inn. It can be accessed by land or water. Attendees will be able to sample complimentary lite fare that is featured on the menu in an outdoor dining and reception area and the adjacent bar will be open for drinks. Additionally, separate outdoor and indoor dining areas will be open for those who wish to order dinner off of the menu. The menu is diverse and includes casual and upscale offerings to appeal to all tastes. Entrees range from $15-$30 and include burgers and sandwiches as well as fine dining-style main courses, such as regional seafood and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. The Restaurant’s slogan, “A Class Act in a Casual Setting,” describes the team’s concept of providing the finest in food and service in an open and welcoming atmosphere. RSVP’s are not required. Casual and boat attire are acceptable. Children are welcome.

Mike and Eric’s is named for Mike Whittington and Chef Eric Nunamaker. Chef Eric brings over 20 years of culinary experience in fine dining establishments and is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute. Mike is an Eastern Shore native with a history of service excellence in hospitality venues. He leads the front of the house with a focus on providing outstanding service in a casual atmosphere.
