Shore Medical Group, an affiliate of University of Maryland Shore Regional Health, recently welcomed Anna Ahn, M.D., to its medical staff as a physician with Midshore Pulmonary Associates. Dr. Ahn is trained as a pulmonologist and critical care intensivist.

Dr. Ahn obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where she majored in biology and chemistry. She earned a Master of Science in Physiology and a Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. Dr. Ahn completed a residency in internal medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York. Most recently, she was a Fellow in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Stony Brook University Hospital in Stony Brook, New York.

Dr. Ahn is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine and is board-eligible in critical care medicine. Dr. Ahn is a member of the American Thoracic Society (ATS), the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP) and the American College of Physicians (ACP).
