Call to Artists for Handmade from the Heart

image001 (165 x 67)Artists who live on Maryland’s Eastern Shore or have taken part in past Handmade from the Heart shows are invited to apply to Evergreen’s 13th annual gift and art sale, to be held on December 6 and 7, 2013 at The Historical Society of Talbot County Auditorium.

The application form is available at www.evergreeneaston.org or by request at 410-819-3395. The deadline for receipt of applications is July 1, 2013.

Handmade from the Heart combines fundraising with a celebration of local artists, including popular past artists and highlighting new artists. The show features handmade items such as jewelry, pottery or ceramics, textiles, stained glass, woodwork, works on paper, metals, and mixed media.

Evergreen is a nonprofit organization founded in 1993, and is the first holistic learning center on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Located in Easton on Easton Point at 770 Port Street, it offers innovative programs, services, and resources for personal growth and wellness.
